New Arrivals Briefing
We provide regular formal, up to date and relevant new arrivals briefing for international staff who are new to the Humanitarian Space.
We outline the background to the context, highlight the main risk's to Humanitarian Workers and give an overview of the current situation on the ground.
The New Arrivals Briefing takes approximately one hour plus time for questions and discussion.

New Hire Briefing
We provide regular formal, up to date and relevant new hire briefings for locally recruited staff who although may be aware of the context, may be new to humanitarian work and appreciate a reminder of key concepts such as Humanitarian Principles, particularly the importance of neutrality. 
We also highlight the issues associated with the concept of desensitization to risk or the "boiling frog" metaphor. 
We outline the background to the context, highlight the main risk's to local staff and give an overview of the current situation on the ground highlighting the increased risk to Humanitarian Workers.
