We are offering a three day residential security in the field program which is tailored specifically for the Humanitarian Space in which staff operate.


The program covers

  • Introduction to the Humanitarian Space
  • Threats and assessing risk
  • Actor Mapping (Table top exercise)
  • Acceptance and an approach to NGO Security Management
  • Actions on and response to Artillery, Rockets and Small arms fire (shooting)
  • Land Mines and Explosive Remnants of war
  • Travel Safety and trip Planning (Practical)
  • Accommodation Safety and Assessment (Practical)
